Terms & Conditions

Terms governing the use of Kopersay Technologies website, applications and digital services.

Effective Date: 2 September 2026

Welcome to Kopersay Technologies. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kopersay Technologies website, applications, software products and related digital services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the applicable service.

1. About Kopersay Technologies

Kopersay Technologies is a proprietorship concern owned and operated by Mohan Kumar Mrityunjay. It develops software, mobile applications and digital solutions.

Team members and officers may hold operational roles, but do not acquire ownership in the business merely by their job title, unless a separate written agreement signed by the Proprietor says otherwise.

Our products may include current, testing, development-stage and future applications. Product availability and features may vary between products and over time.

2. Payments, Commercial Terms and Refunds

Quotes, Orders and Invoices

The scope of work, deliverables, price, payment schedule and any applicable taxes will be stated in an accepted written quotation, order form, service agreement or invoice. If there is any conflict, the accepted written quotation or service agreement will apply to that specific service.

Payments should be made only through the payment details or channels communicated by Kopersay Technologies in an official quotation, invoice or written confirmation. Clients should review the relevant document and ask questions before making payment.

Payment and Service Delivery

For custom software, design, development or similar project work, we may require the advance or milestone payment stated in the accepted quotation before starting or continuing the relevant work. We may reasonably pause work after notice if an undisputed payment becomes overdue.

Prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, including GST where applicable, will be charged only as shown in the relevant invoice and in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellations and Refunds

A client may request a cancellation by contacting us promptly. For custom work, amounts relating to completed work, approved milestones and non-recoverable third-party costs may remain payable or non-refundable. Any unused advance for work not yet performed will be reviewed fairly in line with the accepted quotation, service agreement and applicable law.

For digital products, subscriptions or ready-made services, any product-specific refund eligibility, process and period will be shown on the relevant product page, order form or invoice. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Payment Queries and Disputes

If there is a payment error, duplicate charge, delivery issue or billing dispute, the client should contact us promptly with the invoice or transaction details. We will review the matter in good faith and work toward a fair resolution. Clients should contact us before raising a payment reversal or chargeback where reasonably possible, except where immediate action is required by law or to prevent fraud.
